When Donald Koenke Sr. founded All-Type Roofing in Ft. Lauderdale in 1974, he built more than a business — he built a reputation. For over 30 years, his name on a roof meant the job was done right. When Donald retired, the company name retired with him.

Donald’s grandson, Steven Koenke Jr., grew up around the work. He started his own roofing journey at UCF, taking on small repairs for a student housing property manager between classes. After graduating, he joined a major national roofing company and worked his way from Service Manager up to Consumer Sales & Operations Manager — learning the trade from every angle: estimating, project management, customer service, and field operations.

In 2019, with his grandfather’s blessing, Steven brought the All-Type Roofing name back to life. Today, All-Type Roofing Services LLC carries forward three generations of Florida roofing expertise, paired with a hand-picked team whose combined experience tops 30 years. We work on residential and commercial projects of every size — from a single repair to a full re-roof — with the same standard Donald set 50 years ago: do it right, stand behind the work, treat every customer like a neighbor.
